As a Club, we have been in North Ferriby for over fifty years. We have over 100 members and meet monthly in North Ferriby Village Hall. We enjoy floral arranging and artistry whilst we sit and watch! Many professional floral demonstrators include other skills such as textural weaving, paint techniques, sculpture and woodworking! It is a veritable artistic delight!
Join us? Our annual subscription is £45 to include floral demonstrations and the occasional garden visits, talks, workshops and social events. Wine can be purchased and soft refreshments are included. We meet every 2nd Thursday of the month at (7 for) 7.30 pm in the Village Hall, North Ferriby HU14 3AA New members and guests are always welcome. On Thursday, 13th November 2025 we held our Christmas Social evening. The Caterers (Saving Thyme) gave us an excellent buffet and members enjoyed a glass of prosecco or two!! A few of our members made table arrangements which were judged by our two 'experts'. The quiz about Yorkshire was enjoyed by everyone. It was a very enjoyable evening full of laughter and chatter.
Our next event is our Christmas demonstration by Ian Lloyd on Thursday, 11th December from 7.30 pm. Non members are very welcome. Tickets are £10 available on the door.

The Wreath making Workshop was well attended - around 20 people. Pauline Willingham is our resident florist and with the help of Lilian Pooley they gave instructions to those taking part and the results were amazing. Below are pictured a couple of the participants.

North Ferriby celebrated their 55th Anniversary with a Mediterranean supper. We had 80 members attend and we asked members to enter a competition creating a table arrangement with a 'celebratory' theme. We could not believe we had 20 members enter and the standard was brilliant. We had a Mediterranean quiz and lots of fun and laughter. Our guests were Sheila Drybrough, Area Chairwoman and Ann Simpson, Area Secretary.
Sheila and Ann had the difficult job of judging the arrangements and chose Louise Macfarlane's arrangement as the winner and Janet Marshall came second. All those who took part made beautiful arrangements and we now know we have some very talented members.
