Our objectives are to promote interest in flowers, horticulture and floral design. We are a friendly lot and we are pleased to welcome new members. As well as our monthly demonstrations, where we are able to watch the experts and maybe pick up a few tips, we also enjoy a variety of organised outings to gardens and shows. Our ‘Harvest Lunch’ always proves to be a popular event, as does our ‘Christmas Workshop’ ... perhaps partly due to the coffee, cake and mince pies! In 2018 we celebrated our 45th anniversary with a delicious lunch; we were joined by special friends Tony Cleaver and Sue Maddocks.
Please note that from the beginning of the 2023 programme, Denby Dale Flower Club will change the time of their meetings from every 4th Tuesday in the evening to every 4th Wednesday in the afternoon.
