THE NORTH EAST AREA GREAT ESCAPE TO HULL 2022
We are pleased to announce an Area Great Escape plan for a weekend in Hull this August.
As you will appreciate these plans could be changed due to events outside our control but hopefully August is far enough in the future that we can look forward to this.
We hope that you will be able to join for what we plan to be a fun filled weekend.
Where?
The event will be held at University of Hull, HU6 7TS (for access to where we are staying, use the Inglemire Lane entrance, not Cottingham Road). The what3words address for the entrance is :///civil.fetch.tones
When?
Friday 12th August 2022 to Sunday 14th August 2022.
What's happening?
Accommodation is single en-suite (shower) rooms situated in The Courtyard, bedding, towels and some basic toiletries are provided along with tea and coffee making facilities. Each of the floors has two blocks of eight rooms with its own fully equipped communal kitchens. Accessibility rooms are available and there is a lift to the higher floors.
Hair dryers etc are not provided.
Access is controlled by block, then by floor and then by room. The Courtyard reception is always open.
Please download the documents below for full details of the weekend and an application form. You can either pay in full now, or pay a deposit of £50 now and the balance before 30 June 2022.
Workshops
Once you have paid the FULL amount due (not just the deposit) you may reserve a place on ONE free workshop; there is a choice of two and each workshop will be repeated on the Saturday and Sunday. Full details and an application form can be downloaded below but to repeat, you may only reserve your place once you have paid the full amount for the weekend.
