After many years of hard work, Joyce Harrow has now retired from the post of Area Newsletter Editor. She was unable to be at the Council meeting at York on Saturday 30 April so a presentation was made at Joyce's home by her good friend Hazel Bell, the North East Area Flower Arranger magazine representative. Below is a picture taken of Joyce with her orchid, a gift from the Area as a thank you.
